Please add the following consumer statement to my credit report.
Please provide a summary of this statement directly on my credit report in conjunction with each of the
accounts mentioned. I want credit grantors to see my own explanation during the initial review.
Regarding my (Creditor name) account, I had a dispute with my creditor involving certain charges which were invoiced incorrectly.
While the account was in dispute I did not forward any payments. It took me 4 months to resolve this problem, not realizing the affect it would have on my credit rating. I have now paid this in full as agreed upon in good standing. If I had received immediate consideration and prompt response from my creditor this account would have never reflected any negative status.
